General Terms & Conditions:

  • All bookings are liable for immediate payments upon confirmation.
  • The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is no-where bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
  • Mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification ( e.g, Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card) at the time of check-in into the hotel. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in into the hotel or wherever required.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission / cancellation of booking if guests fails to provide suitable identification proof at the time of check-in. Company will not be responsible for such aforesaid reasons.
  • Check in and checkout timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels policy. Early check-in or late check-out are on request basis only and subject to rooms availability.
  • In case of non-availability of hotels given in package, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standards / category.
  • Maximum allowed occupancy in one room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12 years
  • The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed or as based on the hotel policy. In case of child, hotel / package booked ‘without bed’ basis, and you decided to take extra bed, then you have to pay that cost directly to hotel.
  • Peak season surcharges are applicable.
  • Airline seats confirmation are subject to availability at the time of booking and any increase in air fare or taxes has to be borne by the client itself.
  • Company reserves the right to amend itineraries or to cancel the booking at short or no notice for any reason.
  • For payments above INR 20,000, copy of Pan Card is required
  • Company will not responsible, nor liable for compensating any loss / damage / injury or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
  • All the disputes are subject to Kullu Jurisdiction only.
  • Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the company within a week.
  • No show or Non Utilization of services, 100% of tour cost shall be charged.
  • Company reserves the right to change / modify / amend these ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time without notice.

For International Packages: Important Points and Policies:

  • Rate policy: The Rate of Exchange (ROE) shall be the prevailing rate on the date / day of booking. Any upward revisions in the rates & taxes, these will be additionally charged. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Passport: The passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel (9 months for Malaysia) from date of return.
  • Visa: Company will not be responsible for any of the following: ‘Refusal of Visa/Refusal of Visa on Arrival/ Delay in issuance of Visa’. Such cases will be treated as No Show, and charges as described will be levied. You are requested to strictly follow visa procedures.
  • Child Policy: Infants' are defined as being less than two years of age and are free of cost. A 'Child' is defined as having completed two (02) years but not yet completed twelve (12) years, with a height below 130 centimeters. For any child who has completed 12 years of age, adult rates will apply for accommodation, sightseeing and excursions.
  • Booking Policy: When making package tour reservations, please advise all required details such as passenger names, flight details, type & number of rooms, children's ages etc. as shown in the Passport. One element of the package is Airport – Hotel – Airport transfers on Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis. The client should be informed that if the scheduled transfer on SIC is missed for any reason, including flight delay; he has to wait for the next SIC arrival. If the last SIC transfer for the day has already departed the client will not be entitled to any refund. Private transport can be arranged at additional direct payment.
  • Cancellation: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY FAX OR EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Booking Procedure:

  • 50% of total package cost before booking, i.e 30 days or more before date of departure:
  • 35% of Package Cost after confirmation of services, i.e 29 - 20 days before date of departure.
  • Balance before 15 Days of departure
  • If booking period is less than 15 days package can be confirmed only after receipt of 100% package cost.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 03 days before departure.

Confirmation Of Services:

  • Confirmation of Hotels / Accommodation / Packages / Or any services are subject to the availability.
  • Services are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival/departure of Tour Packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25 % of cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival/departure of Tour Packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50 % of cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival/departure of Tour Packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 75 % Retention.
  • Cancellation within 1 -9th Day prior to the arrival/departure or No show or Non Utilization of services,: 100% of tour cost shall be charged.
  • ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY FAX OR EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Please Note: Cancellation of Air Tickets are as per airlines policies. *Cancellation policy may vary, as per suppliers/ hotel’s terms and conditions.
For Car Hire : Car will run only as per Given Itinerary only, extra cost will be applicable in case of any changes made by guest.
